GOOD VIBES YOGA

Hello, I'm Erika, the owner of Good Vibes Yoga in Sacramento. For the past 20 years, I have dedicated myself to helping others heal physically and emotionally through massage therapy. After encountering a life-changing autoimmune inflammatory disease, I was led to seek alternative ways to help others feel their best and live at their highest vibration. During the COVID pandemic, I was drawn to Yoga & Sound Healing, and it became clear that this was my new path.

Since 2020, I have earned certifications in Yoga Instruction, Sound Healing, Reiki, and Mindfulness Coaching. I opened Good Vibes Yoga, a traditional yoga studio, on December 2, 2022. This was a beautiful beginning to my new journey, allowing me to connect with amazing individuals and experience so much. However, I recognized that my true passion lay in one-on-one sessions. Therefore, on December 12, 2024, I transitioned from the large studio to a private office.

Now, I can devote my full attention to my clients and their healing needs, customizing each session to meet them where they are physically, emotionally, and spiritually on any given day.
